GLOCK PERFUMES – SHIPPING POLICY

At Glock Perfumes (glockperfumes.in), we ensure that your luxury fragrances are packaged with extreme care and shipped securely to your doorstep across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification with a tracking link once your order has dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines
We ship to almost all pincodes across India via reliable logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Xpressbees).
- Standard Shipping Fee: We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment live using the provided link.
4. Non-Delivery & Address Issues
- Please ensure that your delivery address, landmark, and phone number are correct during checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, re-shipping charges may apply to dispatch the order again.
5. Damaged Packages During Transit
If your package arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions on providing an unboxing video to claim an immediate replacement.
